Seasonal Minimum Stays
Minimum reservations apply to the following seasonal date ranges:
May 23 - June 14: 3 Night Minimum
June 15 - August 9: 7 Night Minimum (Saturday - Saturday Only)
August 10 - September 9: 3 Night Minimum
Check-In time: 3:00 PM.....Check out time 10:00 AM
Prime Season: Friday before Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Monday
Off Season: All other days

Policies
Reservation Policy: Valid credit card will be used to hold your reservation.
Deposit: 50% of total cabin rental - in the form of a credit card - is required at the time of reservation. Balance due on arrival. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAYS RESERVED. No refund for early departure or late check in.
Cancellation Policy: No deposit refunded due to cancellation 60 days prior to reservation. If you choose to cancel your reservation 60+ days prior to arrival, we will retain 10%.
Additional Overnight Guests: $15 per night per person. Children 4 years and younger, free (limit 2 per unit).
Day Visitors: If you invite day visitors to enjoy our facilities during your stay, there will be a $10 per person per day charge.
Day Visitors with Pets will be charged $10 per pet per day and must follow the same rules as guest's pets.
Smoking: No Smoking in cabins, condos, or vacation homes.
Pool and Hot Tub: Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at either the pool, hot tubs, or lake. Exercise caution regarding children, non-swimmers, or people with medical conditions.
Pet Rules: $10 per pet per day. No Pets in Cabins #9A, #9B, or #9C. Pets must be kept on a leash. Clean up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended inside or outside of our cabins or homes. All pets must have current vaccinations - rabies, distemper, and kennel cough.
